Delete all the files in the temp folder.
To achieve tis u have to do the following
start^ run ^ temp ^ enter
now a dialog box opens delete all the files and folders in it permanently.
some cannot be deleted but delete it too after some time.
this will make your system work a little bit faster as it was before.
